Hello, Can you help us to raise £1000 to revitalise Wells City Council by campaigning to get Independent councillors elected on 2nd May 2019?  Wells City Council has very limited budgets and powers granted to them. Most are held by Mendip District and Somerset County councils. City councillors do their best to keep things going and to stand up for Wells. But, like every organisation, they need fresh blood, fresh voices and fresh ideas. And more decision-making powers. Wells Independents (WIN) are not a political party but a group of independent volunteers who want to bring people together to build a stronger community and have fun.
